How long does shipping take?

Since all of our items are made to order we allow ourselves 5-7 business days for processing.  

Is local pick up an option?

Of course! If you are located in the Tallahassee area let us know! We love getting to meet our customers! 

I forgot to add an item to my order or need to change my order. How do I do this?

At this time there is no way to add an item or change items once your order is placed. However, please contact us immediately so that we can cancel your order and you can replace it with a new order that includes any additional items. 

My shipment was damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

We are so sorry that there was an issue with your order. Send us a message and we will get everything resolved for you as soon as possible.  

Am I able to cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately should you need to cancel your order. As long as your order has not already shipped, we will be able to cancel your order. 

Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

  • Must reach out to the SO&CO 30 days after purchasing the item for free returns.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to receive full credit back into your account.
  • No refund applicable for gift cards.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Partial Refunds

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sweetoliveandcompany22@gmail.com
